Refunding Policy

Redway's Refunding Policy 

Redway will gladly refund any items within our returning policy (see returning policy here). Refunds can be issued back to the card you used or to a Redway certificate, which can be used at all Redway owned platforms. Customers will also be given the choice for an exchange or for the refund to be issued back on a branded e-gift card. E-gift cards can only be issued by the brand you purchased your items at. Reward points cannot be refunded after use, coupons may still be valid even after use, if the coupon no longer works, Redway will not redeem that coupon. Purchases with a gift card can only be refunded on a branded e-gift card or a Redway certificate. All e-gift card sales are final, gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or rewards. NOTICE! Refunds take 3-7 business days to show back up in your account. Redway releases the funds immediately, pending refunds are done through your bank. Refunds times may vary for Apple Pay,Google Pay, & PayPal payments. Gift cards & certificates can be used once issued. Refunds cannot be reversed.
